To get off burgers ad back onto the thread, I agree with most of these.

As some people mentioned, Ruby Slipper, Katie's and Venezia's should be on here.

OP mentioned Cafe NOMA was D Brennen, it's Ralph Brennan.

I grew up on the same block as Mandina's and now live 2 blocks away. The food is still good, but I must admit that I miss having men that looked 100 years old being our server.

I don't want to rag on Neyow's because I do eat there fairly often, but Mandina's is better. Neyow's is definitely cheaper though.

Also, love that you included Lola's. They are great.

No mention of Mona's on Banks? I grew up on their food. When I'm craving something greek, that's what I want.

That is all

It will be my pleasure to bring the Thunderbird or Night Train Express - your choice.

Do you honestly believe these restaurants are using $15 cheese? It's either Sysco or Sam's $2.99 Gruyere cheese.

Guys like Company Burger are buying 100% from local vendors and even list where each individual component comes from. Also Company uses Liedenheimer buns and toasts them like Texas toast. Me and you can't get the same bun. Also others such as Boo Koo and Tru get specially made buns and others make their own. Huge difference from a simple "Sunbeam" bun.

It costs a lot to make a good hamburger.

Euro Buns makes the buns for Dat Dog

I thought a bakery on the westbank made the buns, not some place in the UK.
