Some of you gave me some great advice over a week ago HERE regarding espresso machines. I just wanted to share this beauty that I bought:

All of you were right, this is going to be a habit.

Now I just need to find a milk substitute so I can make lattes.....

wife uses almond milk. works just fine

get a better tamper than the one that comes with the Breville. these guys make some great accesories for these machines.

I'm looking into that leveler. I like those. Thanks for the link!

I’ve found that the Simple Truth Kroger brand is my favorite.
Try the unsweetened vanilla.

I misspoke, she uses oat milk

The leveler is nice. I’ve had it for a couple months and makes a huge difference in puck preparation

I use a stovetop espresso maker from IKEA, a dab of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

I’m trashy, but it’s a great way to start my day along with a regular pot of coffee.
