Tennessee hot/spicey chicken debate...

Memphis' Uncle Lou's sweet spicey love
Nashville's Hattie B's hot...
Had both this week and Uncle Lou is the winner. Deeper flavor profile, moister (although both were very moist and well cooked).
Hattie's pimento cheese man n cheese beats Uncle's mac/cheese..
Uncle's potato salad could've been made my Mom. Heck, I even looked in the kitchen for her.
