Andouille, smoked sausage, seasoned ground meat, and hog head cheese are all legit.

I'll add the "hot" fresh sausage. One of the best around. Everything is very good.

I'll second the seasoned ground meat. Always grab a family pack or two when I go and fresh sausage.

Fresh sausage is frickin top-notch. Seasoned ground meat is lean and delicious. The hog head cheese is my favorite of the gelly variety. Drop some in some grits and thank me later.

One of the best meat markets this side of the Mississippi Rv. Everything is good. They have a nice selection of cast iron cookware too.
