Boudin omelets hard to beat.

Nunu's is tops in my workd, but any of the top 10 work fine for me.

Is Billy's in Opelousas still open ?

Another good way to eat it is to take it out the casing and stuff it in a bell pepper! I usually top it with breadcrumbs and bake!

Pretty certain it is. The "Billy's and Ray's " location heading downtown just off the interstate.
