Found myself out this way today for kids football game. Place has some ridiculously good boudin links and pepper jack jalapeño cheese balls. Highly recommend !

TBoys was the People's Choice favorite at the Boudin Cook-Off in downtown Laffy a few years ago.
That should tell you something. But like you, I've had alot of boudin, but never had TBoys because I never go to Mamou and no one sells it here.......but when I had it, it was arguably the best I've ever had.

Yeah I'd been hearing about it for years and just never got over that way until fate decided I needed some delicious boudin yesterday. Boudin options are limited in alexandria but quebedeauxs here isn't bad.

Been several years since I’ve had their boudin, but I remember the liver flavor being perfect.
