Heat up a cast ironskillet, turn the oven on 350, and knock yourself out. Brown the torts on one side, flip over and top with marinara and whatever topping you like, pop them back in the oven for a few minutes and perfect thin crust pizza.
Personally, I use crumbled sausage, black olives, veggies, and maybe even any leftover chicken you have on hand. They're small so you may have to make 4-6 at a time but they stay fine in the fridge until ready to eat, just pop them in the microwave.
Every bit as good as places who charge 20 or more for one.

Try a breakfast pizza version tomorrow.
scrambled egg with sausage or crumbled bacon (or both) the sauce, and cheddar instead of mozzarella.
Can even have some chunks of tomato, bell pepper, black olives, mushrooms, maybe even some of that stuff those folks over the northern border call bacon Canuckian Bacon or some such (it's really just small round ham slices though).

Flour tortillas just don’t do it for me with pizza.

Use the naan bread you can get from Trader Joe's...much better ad hoc pizza crust.

Pita bread makes good thin crust pizza too.

Agreed. I'm sure it's good, just not want I want for pizza crust.
Kind of like those people who use tortilla strips for chicken and dumplings.
