other than the traditional jambalaya, gumbo, and grilling, what is everyone's favorite cajun tailgating food? I need some ideas to change up my menu. thanks!

we do alot of wild game type dishes. turkey, rabbit, deer and so forth. chili's, sauce piquants (sp) etc etc etc
this weekend i am doing a dove, alligator and deer sausage jambalaya. its jambalaya but different than usual.

I cooked gator at ours in 2003, making a big show about it. Have been careful ever since then-figured it was bad karma...

Try purple and gold kabobs - use yellow bellpepper, purple onions, etc.
