Taco Tuesday - what’s on your taco?

Grilling some flank steaks today. I plan to make tacos out of the leftovers tomorrow.
What do you like on your taco? For me...
- red onion

- cilantro
- queso Fresca

On a flank steak taco: cilantro, onions, lime juice

On steak we usually like pickled red onions (vinegar and lime), chopped cilantro, yellow onion, queso fresco.
For fish: Same + finely shredded cabbage tossed in a little vinegar and lime, sometimes some pickled radishes.

Steak/carne asada - guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa verde, lime
Chicken - same except a little habanero instead of salsa verde
Fish or shrimp - shredded cabbage, lime squeeze, white sauce
Al pastor/Adobada/Carnitas - only red onions

fresh mint and basil. cilantro if I happen to have some.

chipotle mayo
swiss chard or spinach
asparagus

store bought salsa. I like whole foods 365 brand roasted chipotle.
