Many don't do anything original or from scratch. In fact, I'd say you would be hard pressed to find a restaurant that isn't serving at least 1/4 of their menu with Ready to Eat products from a food service.

I passed there a few weeks ago, and the line was zig-zagged thru the parking lot and down the street, and did not look to be moving.

Seems like borderline "taking advantage of the current situation" by Sysco, IMO.
