collection is fairly extensive. Ivan took mine out, well over 300.
What are your favorite LA cookbooks? Anybody else wants to chime in feel free to do so on that subject.
Particular recipes from particular books would be welcome as well.

LOL Got my rats mixed up. Sorry that's the handle of a friend on another board. I hadn't had enough coffee yet. If that's the worst thing I do today I'm gonna be in good shape.
