Boiled a mess of crabs and shrimp last night and had a dozen left over. Picked the meat, chopped up the shrimp and made a potato, corn, shrimp and crab chowder. Used the onion and garlic from the boil in there also. Served with some crusty bread.

What'd you use as marinade?

Lime juice, soy, garlic, cilantro, and olive oil. Nothing crazy. Would have thrown jalapeño in there if I had it.
