Yet you haven’t voted for ANY of his dishes, in any competition, not even ONCE?

did you really just go back through 10 months of my post history, just to make this argument?

I don't think I have ever seen someone so obsessed with my comments before. What's with all the white knighting for holygrale? He hasn't expressed his opinion of any of this, yet here you are, obsessing over a comment that I already explained, defending his honor by going back to October of last year when the first competition took place.

Apparently, your feelings got hurt more than his...

Not trying to get into all this fun internet arguing stuff but I wanted to say I understand where BD is coming from and why/how he says things. I took it as constructive criticism of a dish that is amazing and with some tweaks he thinks can possibly be even better. He teaches culinary “arts”…not just how to cook something or what Ingredients taste good together but how to present a dish in a certain manner for that final touch. He also does it in a chef in a kitchen tone that may be too “harsh” for some I guess.

One of my best friends in life was a high level chef at a lot of restaurants around New Orleans for many years so I recognize what he says and how he says it. I don’t find it offensive or rude.

Back to some egg talk. Holy hell that’s a big ol deviled egg there Egg farts for months

How did you know it was done?
I pretty much just guessed

Did you eat it by yourself? I love devilled eggs, but that would be a lot to handle in one sitting.

I had a few bites

Was it nerve wracking to peel it?

Not really once you get the shell cracked

Any different than peeling a normal egg? Seems like it would be a real kick in the teeth to get an egg like that and have it be hard to peel and not look good.

there is a membrane between the white and shell you have to peel off but that’s what the ice bath is for, it came off with the shell
