Americans really are some of the worst about accepting that their food source was whole at some point. That burger patty wasn't made from magic.
Whole fish, pig, gator etc. I've never done a whole cow. That would be a heifer.

"The cheeks are actually the best part on an alligator but you can also eat the tail, and legs. And best if gator is around 4-5 foot."
