Ok, here are all the places I stopped:
Kartchner’s: smoked hot sausage, jalapeño-cream cheese boudin balls
Billy’s: boudin, pepperjack egg rolls
Bourque’s: boudin, bread pudding
Pizza Shack: pizza
Uncle Albert’s Fried Chicken: 2-piece dark, potato salad, dirty rice
Lasyone’s: meat pies
Grayson’s bbq: pork “chip” sandwich, ham “chip” sandwich, coleslaw, chocolate cookies, Norris cane syrup
Herby-K’s: shrimp buster, marinated crab claws
My favorites were Uncle Albert’s & Grayson’s, and the bread pudding from Bourque’s. Biggest disappointment was Herby-K’s.
