Tried today. It is now one of my favorite beers of all time.

I had one a few weeks back. At first I thought it was terrible, but after about 1/4 through it got better. I think mine might have been a little skunked.

Got one in the fridge, but haven't tried it yet. Might need to break it out tonight.

Mathernes on Bluebonnet. I also picked up a bottle of Orval. Trying it a little later. I never seen it before and was asking the guy in the liquor department what they had new.

Definitely one of my favorites that I've tried recently. Really really good beer, if you like them hoppy.

You are correct, I like Orval a lot. The 100 point rating is right on.

BTW
next time you're out towards denham springs
check out the newest beverage store across the street from Bass Pro, in that strip mall.

La. Discount Liquor, it has a very very nice beer selection, even some stuff I've never seen.

Yeah, I really liked this beer when I tried it. I bought another yesterday and will give it a second shot tonight. A guy in our beer club brewed a similar black IPA that came out possibly even better. Much more hop nose.

I got this single of Coniston Brewing's Bluebird Bitter XB English pale ale on the guy behind the counter's recommendation. Amazing beer.

Probably my favorite belgian beer. I was sucking them down at $3 a beer at the bars in Amsterdam this summer.
