Does any place in Lafayette sell this or I will need to order it on Amazon?

Frank Stitt and Chris Hastings use these for Highlands Bar and Grill and Hot &Hot Fish Club in Birmingham.

I have family mail them in but they’re organic stone ground by a small family farmer in AL. Auburn grads for full disclosure

Think I saw this mentioned in “Garden & Gun” or some food magazine recently. Great article on grits in general.

I’ve ordered McEwen and sons for a couple of years. Hands down best grits I’ve ever had. Order from their website and you will have them at your door in a couple of days.

That is a very good article. I was amazed at the number of establishments who all said the way they cooked grits was the one correct way of doing so (lots of variation in the methods).
