I've always stuck to the steak and it's always been good.

I enjoy the food. They have a lot of good non-steak options, so you don't necessarily have to treat it like a steak house if you don't want to.
The 17th Annual Grace "Mama" Marino Award Dinner (put on by Epicurean Society) is tonight, and they're honoring Luci & Wayne Stabiler. Can't come at a better time, IMO, considering he gave all but one of his restaurants away to his staff last year.
Have had it the most at brunch, but I believe the beef tartare appetizer is on all menus now with the updates they made a while back. Wowza - that thing is good.

Great crab cake.
Other than that, Ruth’s is way better.
Last time I went to Stabs, three women got the Tomahawk special and were super excited. Then Jorge came out the kitchen to the table side wearing dirty chef whites and an apron with meat juice and blood all over it. Also a commercial plastic handle knife to carve table side. That’s pretty sad.
Service is better at Ruth’s
Steaks are better at Ruth’s
Prefer sides at Ruth’s as well.
Stabs only wins on entree variety. That’s it.

Stab’s
Good steakhouse overall, but I’d put Sullivan’s and Fleming’s one notch above it.

Ruth's is definitely far better than Stab's - agree.

Yeah, he “gave” them a debt….a lease payable to himself. What a gift.

As someone that’s uncultured when it comes to these types of restaurants, how much does something like that cost?

Legit crab cake. I ask them to put sauce on side.
