All I got to say is Holy shite!!! This is good.
A few days ago, I started a thread asking for an “off the wall” ice cream.
Donka Doo Balls suggested this:
Spicy Mexican ice cream
I took his advice, doubled the cayenne, plus I added 1/4 cup of bourbon.

The whipped cream is a good counter balance of the cayenne. The spice hits you after swallow.

Did you use a vanilla bean, or substitute with vanilla extract?

Upgrade the quality of the cocoa powder and chocolate and the taste will improve dramatically. Restaurant depot carries Callebaut, and Sur La Table has Valrhona.
