There's a place here in town that has the best tacos. It's the shells that make it.
They're in the stereotypical taco shell shape but there's all these bubbles in the shells. Seriously crunchy. The meat and stuff is flavored decently, the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese..... but those shells are awesome.
And I agree with the other posters, a basket of warm chips and salsa goes a long way. Yum.

A big ole steamy greasy plate of enchiladas. With lots of cheese and onions and guacamole salad

I discovered Chile rellenos about 5 years ago and haven't eaten Mexican without one since.
