I can't quite believe I have an opinion on Racetrac, but the Avondale outpost is shiny new & well stocked. It's pretty much an A as a gas station, with everything from coffee to frozen yogurt to doughnuts. If it sold cracklings & boudin, it would be an A+. Cheap diesel, too.

It really is amazing the trash that Racetrac attracts. They are both in relatively nice areas but are overrun with trashy people. I associate the trash at the Seigan location to the low budget hotels across the street, but I'm not sure where they come from at the Essen location. I guess it's the proximity to the interstate and they high traffic it brings.
