Pretty sure all the staff shirts were poly. I even asked. That experience is what started me on cotton undershirts.

I enjoy my smoker very much. I've had it for 4 months and I've smoked a ton of food in it.

After using a gas grill for so long, I can definitely say I enjoy smoking better. I have an electric masterbuilt smoker. Works like a charm!

I agree with the list with the exception of chicken. I smoked 2 whole chickens Saturday night and couldn't be more happier with the taste and quality. I will smoke more chicken in the future...
