There's several you can use though. That one is one of my favorites. Oak Ridge also has some good stuff, Kosmo, Butcher's BBQ....

My sister just gave me a WSM 22.5. Cooked on 4 times. Her hubby said he "don't like fooling with all that wood and stuff".

Did this with 6 lb turkey breast except my low temp was 225.Turned out amazing.I also dry brined for a day.
