Wow, those look awesome.

Never heard of Bird Bath or the other seasonings you mentioned. Do you order this stuff online or can it be purchased locally?

Interesting stuff. Never heard of that. I kinda want a spatchcocked roasted chicken now. And ftr, that's not my down vote on your post.

My sister just gave me a WSM 22.5. Cooked on 4 times. Her hubby said he "don't like fooling with all that wood and stuff". He's a great guy but low and slow ain't for him. Gonna play on that the next few smokes to get to learning it.

Did this with 6 lb turkey breast except my low temp was 225.Turned out amazing.I also dry brined for a day.
