Sides for lamb kabobs w/ chimichurri

cous cous with roasted veggies and feta or goat cheese

--A nice rice pilaf, with peas, almonds, and a little saffron if you've got some.
--broiled or grilled tomatoes, stuffed with a bit of bread crumbs
--veggie kabobs: chunks of zucchini, parboiled small potatoes, mini red & yellow peppers, skewered and grilled
--a chopped salad w/feta, mint, romaine, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers
