Shrimp shells...do you eat 'em,too?

When I boil or BBQ shrimp, I don't waste time peelin'.I eat the shells...and suck the heads if they have 'em.You?

you need to start saving those shells for stock..

But I do know someone who chews on pork chop bones, which is kind of gross. (Chews/eats them like a dog, not just to get bits of meat off of them.)

I think you are pretty rare on the boiled shrimp shell eating. BBQ shrimp, on the other hand, have known a few that will take the legs and head off and crunch down on the shell.

I've been eatin' 'em for 20 + years since I realized wasting time peelin' 'em was just that ...wasted time. Plus, think of all the calcium I've absorbed.I bought it...I eat it...I save on vitamin supplements...helluva deal.
