Anyone have a good fried shrimp ball recipe? Oriental or Cajun. Sauces a plus! TIA.

eta: This is the first one that I've come across that looks good. (except for the ketchup, yuck)

They look like shrimp boulettes or shrimp cakes that are molded in a ball and fried. Google shrimp boulettes and you'll see a lot of recipes.

Tried an Asian boil Saturday and it came our great. Only boiled 2 lbs. chopped fresh ginger, lemon grass, garlic, 5 spice, lime, onion , cilantro , salt, bay leaf, clove , siracha and black pepper.

Same method--boiled seasonings for 20 minutes. Added shrimp. Boiled for 1 minute. Turned off heat and soaked until the shells cracked and they started to drop.
