Ok. Please, Paul Allen, explain to me in detail your position in this matter and your rationale behind it.

We love it here. We enjoy Barcelona, but its a liitle too large for us, and getting around requires an auto. In Seville, you really don't need a car. Food is fantastic (and extremely inexpensive), plus the culture is phenomenal. Moving here allowed us to retire; if we were still in the US, undoubtledly we would both still have to work. Absolutely! Use the email I posted above and drop me a line. We have had some unreal meals here thus far.

Lola is your place.

Went to Costera for the first time a few weeks ago. Everything was outstanding - service, drinks, small plates - except for the paella. Severely undercooked.

I was governed and administered by Spain, but there was not any major influx of Spanish colonists. NOLA remained French culture dominated until deep into the American period.

There was a place near the river called Galvez that closed a few years back. I think it was Spanish/Creole.

New Orleans and really the state of Louisiana doesn’t have a sizable Hispanic population compared to other southern and nearby states. I’ve always thought that was kind of weird.
