Chemin A La Mer is Link’s spot, Miss River is Alon’s.

Both in the Four Seasons.

I’ve been a fan of Alon’s since his days at Domenica.

I have only eaten at Shaya and really enjoyed the food, though the lamb was not what my wife was expecting.

OP we were in your boat and tried Saba recently, wife & I both preferred Shaya. Saba felt more pretentious and while the food was very, very similar, we both gave the slight edge to Shaya.

This has always been an easy answer for me.

The guy who created the entire menu, concept, and started the restaurant is only in one of the two.

Saba by a mile.

And Miss River, while wildly expensive, is incredible.
