So is it McRib season right now? Is that why this is coming up?

Cuz I need to go stockpile some if it is. I love these damn things.

I had one once because I was curious. I was disappointed. You aren't missing anything. Just go to a real BBQ restaurant.

If you're looking for BBQ, the McRib is not the way to go. It's one of those so bad that it's good kind of things.

It's the combo of McRibs and McDonalds fries that does it for me.

Why, when there's a legit BBQ joint on every corner in the South, anyone would get "BBQ" from McDonalds is beyond me.

Makes no sense.

Where is 7thward when you need him? Doesn't he work at McD's? We need someone to tell us how they make them.

Never tried one either. It's on my bucket list though. Right next to drinking 5 gallons of pool water to see what happens.

I read an article on how they are made once and it said that they basically have a mold that they dump tiny pieces of "pork" into and press it into the rib shape.

I assume McDonalds just buys the scrap pork because its not like they have Pork Tenderloin or Center cut Chops on the menu.

This isn't the exact article I read before, this one isn't quite as gross as the other, but you get the idea....
