Ordered some Lamberts sweet rub of mine from Amazon and am anxiously awaiting its arrival to do some baby backs. Gonna go sweet this time and do some steens and then the lamberts. Is it spicy enough or should I throw something else on there

Is what spicy enough? The Lambert's?

It's a sweet rub. Thus the name Sweet Rub O Mine. Put down an AP rub first ten top with SROM. Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeno or Killer Hogs AP make great base coat rubs. B&B also makes one called Texas Trinity. It's outstanding as well.

I’ve got 2 pheasants on the stick burner. Also have 2 waiting for the oil.

Smoked burgers, finished off in the cast iron skillet. Also roasted a head of garlic to make a garlic aioli for the burgers.
