I love this stuff. It's dangerous for me to keep in the house because I can"t stop eating it!

I have the same problem. If I buy hummus, I'm lucky if it lasts more than 2 days.

Get a blender buy some tahini paste.,garlic paste,and get a can of chick peas/Gorbanzo beans. Maby a little roasted red pepper if you like.1 can beans drained 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup tahini paste 1heaping spoonful garlic paste,salt and black pepper to taste and blend your own. If too thick add a little water from the bean can.

I like Cedars brand over Sabra, but not Tribe, Athenos,etc.. Sabra's Sam's Club portion per price, hard to beat.

As mentioned above, Nur's worth the extra cost.Also, locally, Serops makes a smooth consistent(non-gritty)tangy Hummus.

Soon, we'll have Costco, whom has some pretty good prepackaged grade grape leaves(Frankly Fresh) at a great price and portion..

I encourage those who haven't tried it to give it a shot and then tell me it's not much better than Sabra.

FWIW, before Nur's I did love Sabra and it's still a good option when buying in bulk for a family, party, trip, etc.

we got some of the roasted garlic hummus and some pita bread last week. replaced out normal chips and dip snack and ate the hole damned thing !
