Rue Orleans closed already (or never opened)?

Anyone know the status of Rue Orleans on College, in the Hobby Lobby shopping area? It's the old Casa Maria.
Went by there today and doors were locked, no tables or anything inside. Looks like it hasn't been open for a while. I thought I remembered reading an article though that said it was opening in April-May.

Maybe the homeless people ran them off, they loved sleeping on the patio.

I went once. It was over priced and average. Not really a winning combo for success. I'm not surprised it failed.
