Looking to buy 50 lbs of rice. But want to avoid purchasing in a sack. Anyone know if and where you can buy it in a bucket?

Buy a Home Depot bucket
Pour sack in said bucket
Put sack in a reclaimed cypress frame for that Fixer Upper/Magnolia Farms look, your wife will love it.

How big a bucket is needed to hold 50lbs of rice?

I think a 5 gallon would hold most if not all of it.

50 lbs of rice would be about 7.8 gallons.

I used the Jambalaya Calculator to figure this.

I've never seen rice in a bucket and I used to sell rice for a year and a half. I'd just buy a bag and pour it in a bucket.
