For some reason I get a smile on my face whenever I use this:

And I'm always amazed by how well this works and how I lived without one for years:

My Lipidater. It has a little wear, but keeps on chugging along.

Slap chop. Got it during a white elephant gift party and it turned out to be pretty handy when I need several things minced.

I just got in a pineapple corer. It's awesome. I love fresh pineapple and this thing get through it in about 30 seconds. You can find them on eBay for $3. Hint: get a metal one not plastic or ceramic.

Jeepers, I got hacked by a bunch of Druids

Here is my Lipidater

Like I said, a little worst for the wear, but still puts out good dated lipids.

Not so old that it's steam powered. This one runs on a small internal power source.

By the way Sou Vide fans, That multiple ported selector on the left is an advanced reverse sear unit with Sou vide capability.

i have to say i'm in love with the $6 microwave hard-boiled egg maker recommended on here

Just ordered one. I've been looking for something to replace the old pot of boiling water process....which seldom works out well.

Hope it works as well as you say.

Thanks for the heads up.

Food processor and nothing else is even close. From pizza dough to salsa to hummus to falafel batter, it gets more use than anything other than my knives and cookware.
