Three shitty restaurants run by an absolute loser. Will all be closed by 2023. And nobody will care.

Adolf has little to do with Ancora and High Hat. He sold most of the ownership over the past couple years.

Seems like he didn't want his business either.

He was burnt out and didn't need the money. So he went down creating mountains out of molehills.

His orgin story is the most pretentious shite I have ever heard. When he was a child he went to some bougie restaurant in France and ended up correcting the chef on his cooking. From that point he knew he needed to save the culinary world.

Carrolton Market owner (now closed), Chef Jason Goodenough, lol, ironic last name. Yankee who comes from a ton of money and preached how if you didn't like his politics, he didn't want your business.

I absolutely loved this place until this all came to light. It was my favorite spot in town. But it turns out the guy was total A$$. Dbag of the month club, top flite.

He made a big stink about social justice, then closed down to spite us. Never mind the folks that worked there that were cut loose during the pandemic. All the working class people in the restaurant that had no income when it wasn't clear that things were going to pick up again. It was a really dirty move.

He is an entitled jerk and I hope he gets a$$ covid.

Totally get that. I was talking about a well known restaurant that decided just to shut down and not even do take out. They could have done like Milk Bar or Turkey and Wolf and served trig the door behind a table at least.

Articles like that are why I cancelled my subscription to F&W years ago.

His new thing is ultra high-end food experience.

Basically catering only to the wealthy and whoring out New Orleans mainstays.
