Going next week for the Consumer Electronics Show and need some good recommendations on places to eat for lunch and dinner. Buffets are a good option for lunch too - so what would the best place be for that?
Staying at the Bellagio, for what it's worth.

Il Mulino at Caesar's Forum Shops.
The Petrossian Bar in the lobby of Bellagio is a great people watching spot. They make a fine caipirinha.
