Death by Gumbo is the best I've ever had. I never pass up frog legs, and the quail is very good. Really they do all of their menu very well.

I second the crab beignets. I have really enjoyed the quail and my wife has ordered the filet both times we've been. We've tried a few of their sides: the asparagus, potato au gratin, and truffled mashed potatoes are all incredible.

I wouldn't pass on the duck liver mousse but I think you'll enjoy everything there. The only thing that was a little underwhelming when I went was the dessert which I really don't care that much about anyway.
