I think I know where that is. Do you take a right just past the Old Florida Fish House? Does the front face Eastern Lake and the back faces the Gulf?
Anyway, if that's the area you're in, be sure to walk east on the beach to the Deer Lake tidal outlet. It's a pretty cool area.

I think we're all the way down by Deer Lake, in that last clump of houses by the outlet.

I had the line caught grouper topped with shrimp and lump crab. It was ok at best. not really any flavor at all.
My wife had the filet. It was one notch past ok. I'm not a food snob at all. I guess for what we paid, i was looking for something better than what i could fix at home.
