Spending about a week out there. Looking for any and all reccs. Bar/casual, fine dining, brunch, Indian (anyone been to Kiraaak?), whatever you got.

Do a “Park City” search. You’ll find some good threads.

I swear the search function on this website is an abomination. I hate it.

But I did find this one. Thanks.

Silver Star Cafe is good, and mostly a locals place (Actually, I've never been in the winter and there's a ski lift there, so that's the tourist season). Sunsets are awesome. It overlooks the muni golf course, and there usually lots of bikers and runners coming off of Armstrong and Silver Spur above the restaurant. I haven't been since they chaged up the menu/chef. Outside seating is a must.

Still holds true for PC. How many days are you spending in each and which part of SLC are you staying? I moved away from there not long ago and can fire off some recs if you give me cuisine type, price range, location, etc.

I had dinner at the Kimpton Hotel when I was there for work. I got a steak which was good but the highlight for me was the excellent appetizer I had which was potato chips with melted monterrey jack cheese on them and the dessert which was a pistachio cookie ice cream sandwich with coconut ice cream dipped in white chocolate. So good.

In SLC two days. Staying near the temple (is that a mistake? Rate was incredibly cheap).

In Park City/Deer Valley for six.

I forget what it’s called but the restaurant in the Stein-Eriksen lodge is good too since you’ll be in DV. Whatever hotel you take the funicular up to in DV also looked good but we didn’t eat there

I worked at 100 South and Main, which is less than a block from where you'll be.

I'd recommend Eva, Valter's, Copper Onion, White Horse, & The Rest for really good eats in walking distance. The Rest is a unique & interesting vibe. You'll get a lot of recs for Red Iguana, but I'd skip it.

I just google “whatever topic I’m looking for tigerdroppings” Actually works pretty good.

On topic, all the good stuff has been listed, but I can tell you what not to do... There’s some place called Grub or something like that. They apparently buy ad space on social media and the steak in the ad looks excellent, but it ain’t. So, you’re welcome.

Agree on Red Iguana. Chunga's is a good replacement for Red Iguana and its in the same 'hood a few blocks away.
