I just got back from Austin. I would cry tears of joy if Ramen Tatsu-ya opened up a location in B.R. I was really disappointed with the ramen at Soji and White Star Market.

I thought the ramen at Soji was worse than mediocre. The broth was bland, the pork belly was sliced way too thick. The ramen at White Star, the broth had a good flavor but the noodles were too rubbery.
Best ramen in BR is still the Hangover at Umami.

I would as well... but I would be even more excited for Kin to open up a BR location.
Would also love for BR or even new orleans to get a legit Sichuan restaurant.

Yeah I'm in Virginia and we only have one Whataburger. Great pick. We have Chipotles, so I've already taken enough poops lol so I'm good there. Anyone Remember The GroundRound restaurant from the early 80's where they served popcorn and they showed classic cartoons?
