Undoubtedly would have some BS like Jason’s deli on there. I really want to see where he stands on Pocorello’s vs Anthony’s.

Team Pokie here.

Friend,

There is only one muffuletta. That said Pocorello’s is 2nd but much superior to Anthony’s.

Faith, hope, and love,

Elleshoe

Friend,

My brain is fouled up like a snake in a lawnmower. Don't ever ask me to do anything.

Faith, hope and love.

Friend,
I usually picked up a muffeletta from Frank's when there was a long line at Central Grocery. I miss Mama Rosa's

Friend,

I will give just a list for now. I am quite busy in Auburn.

10. Napoleon House - the only heated muffuletta in the top 10.
9. Martin's Deli & Bistro (hate giving business to a group that exists to corrupt with alcohol, but good muff)
8. Come Back Inn (request cold)
7. Lovecchio's (long trip to Norco, but it's the best sandwich within 20 miles)
6. Frank's (not the original, but is delicious)
5. World Deli (request cold)
4. Nor Joe's (good, but isn't as great as most Old Metairites say)
3. Gendusa's (request cold)
2. DiMartino's (delivered by family)
1. Central Market (simply the best, by a large margin)

Yours,
TulaneLSU

Oh No! I just realized I cared none at all for your rankings, evidently what I enjoyed was all the other stuff you wrote.

Oh well - don't stay in Auburn too long. I understand they will taint your opinions on life, religion, and the universal brotherhood of man over there. Oh I forgot pizza. They will mess up your understanding of what a good pizza looks and tastes like. So I should have said life, religion, the universal brotherhood of man and pizza.

Boscos in Mandeville has the best hand down. Nothing on that list compares.

I would love to try the Bosco’s muff. But, the pic they post doesn’t have the olive salad contacting bread...it’s in the middle, between two layers of meat and cheese. Not sure I like that set up.

I always get it on the side and put it on the bread. I like a lot of olive salad and I like the muff warm and salad cold. Plus they usually give you a bunch of olive salad and it’s great on salads at home.

The correct answer is DiMartino’s

(on a side note had a Muffuletta in Mobile once that had mayonnaise on it)
