So got a question...totally forgot about this, but actually picked up some flanken-cut (or LA cut) short ribs from Sam's today. Making galbi for dinner. Would that still count, or we only doing traditional cut and braised short rib dishes?
Only other downside is no pictures of the prep since I already have them marinating. I can do pics of the cook, ssamjang prep, and final presentation though.

Any method you choose is fine, as long as it’s the correct ingredient. Only one pic is required.

Decided to not enter my dish. Word of advice....don't marinate flanken cut beef short ribs in pureed pineapple for more than an hour or so.
My beef short ribs came out as beef mush ribs.
