Baton Rouge's new Krispy Kreme location opens Tuesday, May 26
The old building will be missed but the new one looks nice. Just what the neighborhood needs. The best donuts in the land!

If you go right now, you'll have your donuts by lunch. I just passed by and the line is almost to Airline where Earl K Long used to be

Unless you are getting a glazed right off the belt, they are pretty bad after turning room temp.

Big fan, but nothing could be worth the lines you’d have to wait in to get those donuts any time soon.
When I was young, a gas station not far from my parents’ house had kk donuts. My dad would frequently take us with him on a Saturday morning to grab a newspaper and some donuts. Damn shame they stopped carrying donuts as soon as I got old enough to drive myself there.
Now, as an adult, the only places that have them nearby only carry the old stale donuts in the box.

yeah, I could eat 10 of these right off the belt. That pretty much goes for any donut, otherwise I don't really care for them at all.
