Refrigerate Sake' once opened?

I think it's like regular wine. Once you open it you have to finish it. Pretty sure that holds true for both boxes and bottles.

Yes it can keep in a fridge as long as its pasteurized for up to a month although I'd try to drink it within a week or so

Sake should not be opened. The bottle should just be given away to some clueless sap unopened.
