It was not bad, it is kind of like a hybrid of Chili's and Backyard Burgers.

I didn't realize it was a sit down restaurant. I thought it was going to be like Backyard Burgers.

The food was nothing super special, but was good.

I had the Royal Burger (or something, "Royale with Cheese"). It has bacon and a sunny side up fried egg. it was legit. Royal Red Robin

They have a very nice selection of beers on tap and bottle.

The fries are OK and are endless, as well as the fruit salad if you like.

My wife had the patty melt. She said it is as good as Brew Bacher's. Patty Melt

Would I go there again, maybe. I would never plan to go there. It would be a spare of the moment because I was at the mall.

I thought it was pretty good. I split the sunny side up egg burger and guacamole burger with my girlfriend. Thought both were good. There are far better burger places though

I've tried to get in there a few times, around a couple of Apple appointments, but they never could find me a place to sit. Maybe I just looked "shady "?

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - It’s the end of an era for a family friendly burger restaurant in Baton Rouge.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, located on Bluebonnet Blvd. near the Mall of Louisiana, has shut down.

The restaurant’s last day of business was on Saturday, Nov. 5.

Do they still have the unlimited root beer float deal?

I know they had unlimited fries. Are they the place that cooks those steak fries as their french fry?

If yes, We ate at one in Memphis once. IT was just another burger chain place, but the fries were good, if they are steak fries and my memory is xorrect.

On that day (10-15 years back I guess) they were puffy, crispy with nice centers and I thought they were nice. The burger was forgettable.

That place was a guilty pleasure. The burger there reminded me of the ones I would get at Sizzler when I was a kid.
I went for the first time in years and you could tell the place was on its last legs. Not much of a crowd, not many employees.

I liked Red Robin, burgers were decent

But my god the service there was unbelievably bad

Same thing with BJs, Pluckers, and all the mall restaurants. Shake Shack will suffer the same fate.

They recently closed the Lafayette southside Reb Robin - and then it became a chic -fila. Go figure.

I like Red Robin. Great onion rings, but the price they charge for them makes me irrationally angry.

Even if they’re the best onion rings in the world, they’re still just onion rings.
