Red fish under shrimp cream sauce

Friday fish ya feel guilty eating it sure aint no penance!

it's delicous quick and easy here is how we make it.

IWEI but I find the parsley a little comical based on that presentation. A for effort.

First pic we took had no contrast fish and cream sauce the same color I thought it needed a lil color. And YEs I am comical

Mr Comic, try adding some green food coloring to your shrimp sauce, that will give you contrast.

Just chop the parsley fine and sprinkle over the finished dish. That way it actually has a purpose and shows contrast other than you taking a hunk of parsley and tossing it atop the food.

The fish looked fine by itself. I'd chow it like that and put the shrimp over rice.

We make the sauce thick for covering fish and thinner when over rice. Sometimes we use crawfish or lump crab meat its all good in that cream sauce and made very quickly and easy.
