I bought a RecTec pellet grill two years ago. It’s been amazing with fantastic quality. I was searing some steaks recently and I didn’t put new foil on the bottom and the old drippings caught on fire. The grill got super hot and one of the probes quit working. I was going to buy another one when I noticed they have a four year warranty. I called the company and was blown away when someone immediately answered and I wasn’t put on hold. It was even more shocking when the guy spoke perfect English like he actually lives in the USA or something. Then he took down my address and said they’d ship one out right away for no cost. He didn’t ask me any other questions and everything took about one minute. That type of customer service is almost unheard of these days. RecTec has the highest recommendation I can possibly give!

I got one about 2 months ago.... I love it so far.

I was having a minor issue with their app during a cook and made a post on a RecTec FB fan page. About an hour later, my phone rang and it was someone from Rectec who saw the post, looked up my customer info and called me to get the situation fixed. It was a very minor issue, but that left me very impressed.

I've had a bull for few months. Love it. Saw on Facebook rec tec group. Someone in lake Charles area had their grill end up in pool after hurricane. Owner of rec tec messaged them and sent a brand new controller. No charge.

Bullseye looks like it may be good for 1-person grilling as an alternative to gas. That’s what I’m in the market for.

I got the 590, but there’s a part of me that wishes I would’ve spent a little more for the bull. So far the 590 has handled what I needed it to
