Recs on 1/2lb of Langostino lobster meat?

Just came from Costco and bought their 2lb bag of lobster meat (frozen, fully cooked).
I'm looking for some good recipes to serve this with, like a good Mac & cheese.
I've broken it down to four 1/2 lb bags.
