Recommendation for a Walk-ons?

I have to go to Shreveport for the day on Sunday. I will be in the LSU area around lunch time. We are thinking about Walkons since it close by. Is there a particular item that you really enjoyed?

The boom boom shrimp po-boy and buffalo chicken sandwich are pretty good. Also, I'm a sucker for cheese sticks and theirs are tGOAT

Crawfish queso is a good app. I've enjoyed their stuffed burger, one of their sandwiches that came on a croissant, and oddly enough their chicken fingers are really good

Their burgers are pretty solid but I think my favorite item is the fried catfish. It's nice and thin which is the way I like it.

Yeah I have seen some bashing. I am not expecting the best meal ever, and I highly doubt that it will be the worst.

Burger, buffalo chicken, or the ribeye sandwich is what I usually get. Consistently good. They also have a Mahi dish with a crawfish sauce served over grits that is pretty good.

I enjoy their entire menu. 
I wish the one they were building here was closer. Irving sucks, but I’ll go on occasion I guess.

I think you'll be happy with those expectations....it's not gonna blow your socks off, but it's gonna be good for what it is and what you pay for it. Also they have a damn solid beer selection so you have something great to pair it with. enjoy

Unless something new opened since I’ve been gone, walk ons will probably be the best sports bar in Shreveport. And it wasn’t even open when I left.

Shreveport is my home town. I left in the early 80s. It has changed a lot.

I only left about 5 years ago and it’s changed since then.
