Have a super old one that I need to replace.

I tried using a Bayou Classic and had read reviews that the regulators suck, and sure enough the regulator immediately didn't work so I just returned the whole thing.

Any recs? Preferably double jet or high power?

I think you need these if you have over a 100qt pot. A regular burner should be fine for 100qt and below

Just get a double jet burner, throw the regulator away, and get a 60psi regulator.
